Rental Terms

In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

3. Reservations and Payments

• Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or directly at our Didsbury office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. The remaining payment and security deposit are generally required upon vehicle pickup. All prices are stated in British Pounds (£) and include applicable VAT. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through established payment providers.

4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

• At the time of vehicle collection in Didsbury, it is your responsibility to conduct a thorough inspection and report any pre-existing damage without delay. A vehicle condition report will be generated and requires your signature. It is important to return the vehicle in the same state as when it was collected, taking into account normal wear and tear. 7. Restricted Activities

Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle

• Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or other risky pursuits. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is prohibited. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose. Adhere to passenger and weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.

Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.

8. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Didsbury is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our overall liability for any claims will not exceed the total amount paid for rentals in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in this region.
